You might be right- the No. 1 China small cap performer next year may not be on that list...probably isn't.
But that's not the purpose of the list. The purpose was to utilize the combined experience and knowledge of those on the board that responded to the request for their picks. If everyone that reads this board had submitted their list, it may have come out much differently anyway. It's very unscientific and for fun more than anything....although I think the list is very strong myself.
CHFI and XNYH are far more speculative than those on this list and carry much higher risk...along with the potential for higher rewards as we all know.
