I don't know why they didn't just get a brand new issue instead of buying an old shell and then reverse merging (if indeed they feel $8Billion coming). Old shells are a huge issue for companies in the otcbb land from the crooked lawyers who owns huge shares and old shell owners who owns even more. He should of just got a new issue and done it right to begin with...
I don't think it is a shell owner selling. The private jbii investors were converted one for one which means most of those shell shares should have been soaked up by these private jbii investors. I say it is those original private investor(s) selling.
And if so it is odd considering how close you would think they would be to this whole thing.
