Matin told me that it would cost 200K for an audit and 700K to become a reporting company. He was insistant that it was not in the companies (and shareholder's) interest to spend this kind of money when it could be far better spent growing the company.
I must imagine that either he greatly inflated these estimates or has no intention on following through. I cannot imagine him having such a dramatic change of heart for any investor ofering 1 million dollars. He said it would cost 900K just to get this done.
