INF-DD....Still trying to do some DD for all but I think there is a connection with SPI FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC to SOUTHEASTERN RETAIL SERVICES, inc...

SPI Finacial and Southeastern Retail have the same street address: and based on this info below they have the same phone number from what I can see...Dont know if this Rosann Jorda is still there but this is a license registerd for Southeastern Retail Services and has the same phone number as SPI Financial Services in Marietta, GA...

Now it is more interesting to find out what Spi Financial Services and Southeastern Retail Serivces can do for us all and how are they tied into the merger??????
