I loved this statement: "We are fortunate that these base metal revenues, when used as byproduct credits, are anticipated to pay for the project's total cash operating costs so we are targeting our gold and silver cash costs to be 'zero' from the second year of operations."

The one BIG potential negative would be nationalization of Mexico's gold resources. The world is going nuts, and it could happen, imo.
