Who's a "naysayer?" What's with the "LOL?" All of us readily admit that Iraq is a country that is rich in oil and natural gas, with an educated population that has an entrepreneurial spirit; and that thier security (police and armed forces) is continuing to get better, albeit slowly. It amazes me that any time someone provides an article concerning a positive development in Iraq, that it must automatically lead to a sudden, instantaneous skyrocketing in the dinar's value! Again, I do see the IQD going up because of all these positive developments, but I intuitively can't see me all of a sudden becoming a multimillionaire by tomorrow morning.
Would I like to be proved wrong? Sure! But let's be real here...
