The best move is to sell out on the quick high, then buy again when it drops. Prices should in fact rise considerably, then fall back down as people lock in profits and sell.
This of course requires a constant eye on share price....you would have to babysit your stock, and considering the news may come out anytime during the day, you may or may not be able to do so. I have a feeling however, that the price will continue to rise for atleast a day and a half so you should be OK.
