QBSW will soon be Sorrento Therapeutics Inc
and should be on the OTCBB under the same symbol (will change, eventually.)
At close of business on Oct 21, the O/S was 225,084,127 shares.
Of these, the old QBSW shareholders, as I understand it, would have about 4.9% of the shares.
