I have NO IDEA what motivated your reply, but that's okay. It's not really important. What is important (to me, at least) is that the realistic, no-nonsense tone of your posts, combined with the occasional biting humor, makes for some of the most interesting reading out there. As such, keep posting away. It certainly helps me pass the time while we wait for the paint to dry on CMKX's walls.

he is wrong! Roger is not the only one who knows what is going on. And I am very confident that Zen knows it. Deep within the bowels of CMKX is a master integrated spreadsheet with numerous assumptions re the deals done to date, financing, and projected operations. Of that I am quite certain! We used these for years in numerous roll-ups. I feel sure that Roger et. al. has developed a model for CMKX.

There are a handful of people IMO who know, right now, the particulars of this spreadsheet and its meaning. There are probably less who understand the significance of what is about to happen! But trust me, there is a model! And it does lay out a plan!

We need to be vigilant yet tolerant of those who are entrusted with the execution of this plan. We may possibly know, on an after the fact basis, what is involved with CMKX and Affiliates. Then again, we may never know what actually occurred. That is not important!

I can tell you, however, from experience that the maneuverings happening within CMKX et. al. commands the utmost in secrecy and trust from all participants.

We need to let it play out!

Well ZEN, what is your take on the USCA being halted? Another ploy by the MM's? MM's forcing Roger to show his hand? Good or bad for USCA and all partners?

Help give me some insight if you will.
