Thanks for the info Headley. I emailed Susan late last week but haven't heard back yet.

I think the best think CKGT could do is release a shareholder update reviewing the q3 results, 2008 earnings upward revision, and putting the allegations/confusion with another company unrelated to CKGT to rest.

It would also help if they replaced their auditor here as well.

If they get this done in the next week, I think CKGT will resume it's upward move. If they don't, and allow the confusion and doubts to linger, then that gap from $1.75 might get filled.
