You asked "is LTUS a strong buy here or just a regular buy"?

With a trailing pe of 2 and a cash purchase of 128 acres of land which they only will use 32 acres of and lease or sell rights to the rest, positive cash flows from ops (last year was $37M) that will fund a big chunk, (if not most) of their ambitious espansion plans, today's news that I see a game-changing, plus the looks of the chart now, I think it's a strong buy.

LTUS needs to double from here just to get to a pe of 5 based on 2009 .40/share eps estimates.

LTUS has also been the most adept China pharma company I know of in turning their ar balances into cold hard cash through aggressive collection- and it has been that ability to colect ar balances that has helped them pay cash for the land they're going to build the pharmaceutical park on, and to fund much of it.

$37M in positive cash flow isn't chump change in the world of China small caps.
