Yes they do, I do not think this filing today has anything to do with up listing. As it seems they want to fix this CE issue once and for all, as it is quite clear in the language that this is a threat that BEHL has legal council that has reviewed for their own purpose that BEHL has met Pinksheets guidelines for public filings. So I guess we will see where this will play out, and thank god they have not been PR’ing this stuff. If the CE comes off this stock it really will change the whole attitude of those who are on the fence. Further it is very apparent that DF lived up to his word during the CC by providing additional information as promised, and a better plan to seek legal council as opposed to handing such documents to individual investors to make them feel better.
