Are they in development stage? I was reading somewhere that they have plans to install equipments by the end of year 2009. I do not see any improvement in stock price, it's between 0.0001 & 0.0002. WLSI have 14,346,647,175 outstanding as of Nov 12, 2009.

I think you are absolutely right. There will be those that will argue the reverse split, but I picked a few sub-pennies, and each have fallen victim to the split. This is the last of my pics and I don't suspect this to be any different.
