Here's my main problem:

The 2003 audit is expected in 30 days. Good.

What that audit will not contain is any figures regarding stockholder equity for 2004. The R/S just happended. Bringing out an audit for 2003 is a great first step (even though we were promised it in March), but we need to know how many shares are out there.
