To be fair, accountants "sample" parts of the business. They don't come close to testing each entry, although if major issues arise they might be forced to.
Your comments are reasonable. Again LDSR provided guidance on the audit. Nothing reported since to make anyone think differently.
So it should not be long to determine if we bought a gem of a company with huge growth prospects or a "Shell" for insiders to receive options and unload to the public at any price..
