It wasn't MM's dropping the price

It was DF dilution.

I hope he's finished for now.

Should be keeping closer tabs on dilution activity through Transfer Agent.

Been sleeping at the switch.

In the grand scheme of things, that really isn't an outrageous number. They need working capital afterall. I don't view that as a big negative.

Where do you all think we got our shares? Dilution. They have shares for a reason and as a share holder you need to remember that they are not working to raise the PPS they are working to raise their market cap. We reap the benifits of that work.
A "dilution" of 12% comes out to about .0018 per share. That is NOTHING.
Has it crossed anyones mind that the shares might have something to do with a merger?

The amount we are talking about is really quite small. I am personally ok with them issuing shares for working capital.

Besides I would think anyone who was smart enough to get this far with BEHL and was trying to rip anyone off would have issued all the OS and probably raised the AS as well. And unless they are stupid beond belief they would have done it in july when they could have got 15 times as much.
