If you look at the history of the company they seem to lose every lawsuit they go into. There was a suit against USC. One time CEO sued PPHM and won. Epstein won IMO. Medibiotech didn't seem to pay anything. I don't know how many others there might have been if any. Who is required to fight any patent infringement? Us or UTSW? Us or USC?
