Snayeman, since SEO basically owns an oil service company ( chrome ), he most likely knows how to value a well testing concern. Some have guessed that this well test company would pick up a piece of the oil servive business in the JDZ and the EEZ, if ERHC, and SEO by extension, owned it.

It's not to say that ERHC will, in fact, end up owning this company or Block 46, but the fact ERHC is persuing these matters means game on, although a smaller game than the JDZ or the EEZ.

Snayeman, (re financing & well engineering co)

With all due humility, I have provided (my) answers to both your concerns in post #188050.

Financing the Eremor acquisition can come via resource based funding derived from booking post discovery P2 JDZ reserves and shortly, (if you believe the recent STP/EEZ momentum buildup) from a cash & carry farmout of our Blocks to a partner(s),(certainly within 2010).

The WellTest Ltd acquisition, in my view, is strategic, in the sense that it is the dough establishing the first technical support unit within a wannabe oil company. And it points to further marginal field acquisitions....

I have been wondering how the government is going to find all those former militants jobs - some in the good paying oil industry. Maybe somebody told the company there is going to be job training funds available, one company I know in the states was able to get 2/3 of their first year salaries for a plant that closed & they bought. Which they would have done anyway maybe we will be paid to provide a certain number of militants training and subsidised jobs.
