What seems a little strange is the 1000-1 ratio. That's usually reserved for stocks with billions of O/S. This split brings the O/S to under a half million........??? Strange. Also, I didn't think it was permissible to do a r/s and not change the share structure accordingly - this is, in effect, a HUGE change in the authorized share structure.

And, although it says shareholders have approved, I don't recall being asked - did anybody else get "asked" ?

ZaneyMan, please bring enough tabasco for the lot of us. Honestly, the truth hurts! I do plan to ride out the storm though, to the very end (bottom or top; I'm hoping for the top). Cheers.
