No, to your question souza...

TBS (Tim Boyd Smith) and Bailey are long gone. The TDGI web page with tbs as a contact has not been updated. This is actually such an old subject that has been posted about over and over. There are old postings going back to last July where these 2 men asked that no one phone them any more, they had quit and are out and gone. Personally I don't think they would help us. As I said, look where Bailey went, that stock is not doing good so far. If he did want to sell off TDGI stock to get some capital for himself, who wants that? That would cause the stock to plummet. The company where Bailey went recently "GAGGED" the Transfer Agent. No one can say now, how much that company could sell off their stock. The stock holders report that the CEO of that company is "broke" and in "debt" BUT I do wish that things do work out for the stockholders of that other company.

TBS does not have any "Product' to sell to the public that I have seen. So that would not be good for TDGI. And IF he was trying to do a sell off of our stock, then it is good that our CEO Fotis did not want that. On the TDGI web site where we see W. Saraha offices in Las Vegas (where those emails haven't worked, as harrysdog concurs) we see tbs on the contact page. It looks like this Las Vegas thing was his doing, as he was going to be the new CEO of TDGI if that merger did go ahead.

This is why it is good if Fotis has a new company bedrockvc.com helping SUCCESSFUL and PROFITABLE companies. That is exactly the type of companies good for TDGI to merge with. Also if CEO Fotis has capital and is not "broke" and in "debt" then that is actually good for us. Where we see CEO's broke we can see sell off of stock and other bad things. With TDGI it may get very quiet from time to time, you might feel "stuck" as you say however it's THE MERGER NEWS that really counts and made things move before after months and months of "sleeping" Several who phoned the company before the lines were disconnected heard that TDGI was wanting a GOOD successful company to merge with.

This info should give you some ideas for when you do some research and DD to find out some info for yourself. That is what I recommend, do some DD on this info, get the facts yourself and not just listening to someone else. Have a good one...
