i agree i dont think a person should be judged by their past. current actions speak the loudest to me. and the possible fact that he was arrested for somthing to do with weed, makes me know for a fact that he may have had some actual knowledge of it and how it works.. other than just some scientific possible opinion... im also quite sure with a little money any blemishes from his past could have been erased, th fact that they havent been tells me he isnt trying to hide anything.
this should be an intersting new year to say the least for all parties involved.
I ageee he really knows the illegal side of the business. I personally do not care - he served 9 yrs I believe. I saw video on it here the Bay Area. The problem is it does hurt in the financial markets when raising funds this is why I believe he is letting Tom take the lead.
