It' actually pretty easy to understand all the fanfare. In order to keep taking advantage of shareholders, they have to keep stepping up their game. Many people will only fall for the same crap once, maybe twice, so they have to become more creative and convincing each time. Each time the story and the prize have to become bigger and bigger. Lumb isn't stupid, after all. He's actually one of the more creative penny operators I've seen. I mean, just look at the path of destruction he's left in his wake over the years. The fact that people still buy stocks that he's associated with and sing his praises shows how creative and convincing he is.
