HelloSoft is a private company. NVC is a public company and wants to change its name to RIM and make some money.

HelloSoft may want to go public. Why doesn't HelloSoft buy either NVC or RIM and go public?

Who needs the license from ANI for PowerStream?
Who needs Embarq?
Who needs that fountain of funds that SIL will produce?

Maybe all we are talking about here is HelloSoft buying NVC as a shell and then becoming a public company?
