I think indivudials like yourself will be spared for the most part.
I call about the investment banks and other institutions who jerk the markets around for the sole purpose of sucking money out of them. Specifically -- the money of hard working people who pretty much have to buy and hold via mutual funds.
Our capital markets should NOT be a casino for high roller institions.
