you too verycareful...

It's nice to know what CWDW's share count is in updated filings and know it cannot change without a filing. Plus, when the merger is ready, boom it's done!

Thank god CWDW is not on the pinks, from a securities law firm:

Pink Sheet Shells: at a lower cost than Bulletin Board Shells seem like an attractive alternative. You only end up on the Pink Sheets. And you may have to stay there because you’ve inherited other problems not found in Bulletin Board Shells. Bogus stock sales. Years of unfilled SEC reports. Or worse – Particularly under new SEC and FINRA Rules. Be sure to read our Pink Sheet Shell Warning before you buy a Pink Sheet Shell.

My advice to you is: Do not go public on the Pink Sheets by buying a Pink Sheet Shell. Those problems with Pink Sheet Shells I discussed could make it impossible to escape from the Pink Sheets. These problems always surface when you make the required move-up filing with the SEC. The SEC will always catch these problems and will also make you file years and years of missing reports, including audits. I don’t want this to happen to you.
