I regret agreeing in part about Balance to Job of..'s post. Though I don't go along with all of Balance's dot connecting and opinions, he has been one of the major contributors to well done DD about ERHC and the oil industry.
It was also Balance who enlarged and brought the famous "white board" to our attention.
Just saw the professionally done video by Dan K of Peter explaining ERHC's pursuit of the marginal fields.
