Does anyone know how many of these shares are warrants? Are any of these warrants - ie. do they have to include "potential" shares in this share count? I know that I have a lot of warrants that are about to be useless so I'm wondering how much the O/S will drop if all these warrants expire since they are below the strike price.

Oh I thought you were talking about revenue not outstanding shares. You're correct About 440 million outstanding but the real float is about 150,0000,000 most of the o/s is held by insiders. But for calculation purposes about 440 mil and I believe that's what I used im my p/e calculation EPS = Net Earnings / Outstanding Shares eps = 40,000,000/440,000,000 is 9 cents a share multiplied by a p/e of 20 equals $1.80. EPS= 16,000,000/440,000,000 equals 2.2 cents a share x p/e of 20 = 40 cents. Still a great return. Keep in mind these were calculated at jet fuel prices of $3.74 per gallon. Today jet fuel is @ $1.90. so these numbers could easi;y double to .18 and .044 eps respectively.
