Re: marginal offshore fields, I do have to remind you that Addax got its start with a couple of offshore fields that two other companies had failed to get commercial oil out of. It turned out to be a great opportunity for Addax. The Emera field apparently already has recoverable reserve estimates.
As for your opinion on Balance, his long winded posts on soon to occur deals and dots have not been at all accurate, whereas Mark does contact real people in Nigeria.
