Yes...

I saw all of the Insider Selling just before the big drop...It looks like Insider Trading to me...They KNEW the FDA would issue a CRL, and they all bailed out in a BIG way...Seems kinda crooked if you ask me, but I'm sure they've got all their bases covered and won't get into any trouble...

As far as any run up goes, I think this one is dead money for a while...And it will probably keep drifting down until some kind of good news comes along to give it a reason to rally...

This latest dilution sure put a crimp in any upward movement this week...The news of the dilution came on the day it was added to the Nasdaq Biotechnology Index, so instead of going up on Monday because a lot of hedge funds had to buy it, it dropped like a rock...Down over 8%...
