Right, Afren is overextended, didn't have the resources to put into Eremor, they have better prospects that they're putting their limited resources into, they're inability to fund the project, is our gain. Had Afren had the resources, they would have exploited Eremor, because its a profitable oil project, they're just looking for a bigger bang elsewhere to spend their money since they don't have an unlimited supply, and we got fortunate to get it, assuming the deal doesn't fall through.

Afren is small tryoty. If this field was viewed as a money maker....this small hungry oil company wouldn't be passing it along IMHO. They bought it when and what did they do toward development??

Non binding. Remember that phrase. ERHC helped us all out by mentioning it more than once.

I see this PR as a bluff that fills two needs. Others can choose to view it as an amazing feat.....how many barrels did NSAI appraise it at? What percentage would ERHC own?

Is Eremor in an area where MEND has been blowing up Shells pipelines? And if so,
Would anyone spend a lot on Eremor, when not knowing if they would be able to sell their oil?
Could SEO's part ownership help protect Eremor, as well as the Shell pipeline?
Could this be a favor to some "High Ups" to get Eremor producing, protect Shells lines in that area, with a agreement on something a lot bigger for ERHE or Crome down the road?

Just thinking
