Clearly a typo in penultimate para of that article. Insert the word "no" before press release. Makes more sense.

Not reading too much into the latest article from Biomed but if Dr Ira G is happy to release the full text of his speech it shows a good degree of transparency which will be welcomed by investors and surely some satisfaction on his part regarding the future.
