Thanks for sharing! That's fine with me; it's what spp119 has been saying all along. The key here is that they are acknowledging our pre-auction rights, so this will not be tied up in courts for years.
We will finally have EEZ progress next year, and maybe EEZ drilling in 2012 :-)

AC....that was expected by most of us. To my knowlege, EEL's first picks were always to come first. ERHC will have picks 4 and 5.

The question has always been the (2) 15% picks and whether we can pick them in EEL's first two 100% blocks.
