jrf, requesting the letter through E*Trade even for one account would at least force the company to comply...they would have to provide the letter finally.... sets a precedent if nothing else and should it come back for whatever reason that they can't, then an investigation should be warranted as to why....

but it will cost you the $150.... it always does me... :(

just a way to make sure the lawyers always get a piece of everything....
