Thanks for your answer – getting the info from a pro beats conjecture from old time engineers like myself. I think you may have partially answered the other question I have concerning bariatric patients and that is; is there a point where the dosage levels required to penetrate the bariatric patients would be so high that you run the risk of overdosing your patient. If that happens, what are the options? How do you diagnose? Do we revert back to the days of exploratory surgery?
