The claim is not that they sell sponges...the claim is they sell anything somebosy like P&G sells, but IN SPONGES...its the delivery system, not the vehicle that is important...similarly, there is nothing wrong with Spongeboy's numbers...it all hinges on his faith that what M&M have thus far spoken the truth, nothing but the truth...

I have not seen anything yet that makes me believe otherwise...

How about this math:

Company has filed an SEC document approximating 2009 fiscal year earnings of $11,000,000.
Board members have opined an o/s share number of 2,500,000,000+.
I'm contributing the opinion that, if the company earned $11,000,000 on sales of $50,000,000, the marketplace based on those numbers alone would not hesitate to price the shares at a P/E of 20.

The above generates a pps of $.088.......not quite a double from here.

When we get a 10k and get back on OTCBB - I think 10k will show $56M sales $11M Earnings and (-1 billion)O/S - yes you are reading this right NEGATIVE ONE BILLION. I would have guessed 1.5 bill negative but I believe the smarter of the criminals covered.

This unfortunately makes it impossible to figure fair market value until the airshares have been squeezed to oblivion. I will enjoy partaking in this activity and will be reminded of every bashing post while setting my sell price.

When the company makes it past the NS problem I believe the stocks true value to be astronomical due to the money the (scam) brothers will take from hedgefund accounts and appropriate them with additional buy back.
