Where are you getting this 300mil to FINRA? You are fixated on this and I don't have PM making me waste posts so you don't get banned for spamming nonesense...Please explain where you see this...I have already explained the reasoning behind the added shares based on "MY REASONABLE CONCLUSIONS" of what could have happened vs what did happen...(note the disclaimer at the bottom of the DD sticky)
You can not assume EI would be so enept after a 20:1 R/S and a share grab to actually issue another 300mil from treasury if they had a LOC...Shareholders ripped Clint and crew apart for those two acts, or haven't you noticed Clints disappearance from his responsibility as CEO...Wheres all the communication thats supposed to keep us informed...Seems that only after we whine enough something leaks out from his tight fist...(you're welcome for me being one such PITA)
The 300mil, in everyones mind that HAS actually followed this stock, is a direct result of EI needing to pay off debt, not themselves, cuz there was no other instrument in place at that time...He didn't ambush us with this either as it happened a month AFTER he warned everyone...We all knew what we were buying when it happened...We stood behind the company then by holding....
We had the run in June 09 before the 10K and finding out we were trading 610mil not 476mil for the past 3 months...He didn't duilute ONCE following that pay off, and his subsequent 61mil issues in 9-10 months is nothing as far as trading goes and we have a warning in the DD sticky on insider selling shares...
144s have been leaking from those debts which has caused the drop in pps and more recently an attempt to frontload, IMO, was/is being played out...THATS what you should focus on...NITE/LABS...WHY????
