You can NOT change a system you don't understand.
For reference, "grey trading," shorts v retail, suspended stocks, "going dark"; broker-dealers & legit nekkid shorts; then, there's the whole civil-court system, as opposed to the criminal-court system.
No actually FINRA is made up of all the brokers in the USA it is a SRO. If you feel they are so evil you really should pull your SPNG certs and close your brokerage account.
