No they wouldn't lol. If all the assets of EXPH were transferred to "etc" nothing about the customers of EXPO Holdings would change at all. "EXPH", D&D and the newly formed etc would all be viable DBA entities with the assets simply being held by the spin off "etc". And yes, "certain" does NOT denote any percentage. It can represent what you "go with" if that makes you comfortable, or "some" or "many" or 1% or 100%. Unless a percentage is specified, it's a simple figure of speech, albeit one that apparently can be confusing at times when used in business PRs. Once again, the percentage of asset transfer is simply something to be paid close attention to, not worked into a lather over. It may indeed end up being meaningless. Unbelievable, lol.
