People always want stuff for free or close to it, I know a group that has a large position and they do not ever whack the bid, I guess people do not read posts but I will share what I know.
STOCK CHARTER GROUP has a large portion that was bought in the open market and they are accumulating this stock. STOCK CHARTER is real and real honest so good luck in getting shares that cheap, the only shares going cheap are the flippers that can't currently flip for a profit.
