Maybe he is saying shareprice has the potential to EXPLODE from here; especially if the rumors come true that they might get bought out by a bigger company, such as GARMIN, who have the resources to market and sell NVSR products all over the world, better than NVSR staff ever could. The poor guys have been fumbling around for months trying to find sales contacts all over the world for their product(s), and here are huge companies, like GARMIN that has huge name recognition all over the world, has the marketing/ sales and technical staff all over the world that could accomplish in a matter of weeks what NVSR staff is trying to do for the past months/ year. GARMIN would easily pay 10 cents/ share, maybe more, to buy NVSR. It is a real possibility.
