LOL...they also didn't mention whether it would be before the close. As far as I'm concerned, they have until 8pm to get it out. If they were scammers, they would have put it out this morning to cause an uptick so that they could dump their shares. They obviously didn't do that, so to me it means that they are probably genuine.
