This is a great article, Dr. K mentioned he would like to contract with biomass plant in the midwest corn belt, with some research I have found the perfect Company to do this with XCELL ENERGY(XEL-NYSE), they currently are running biomass plant in wisconsin currently 2 turbines with a third coming online in 2012,all wood chips currently.
now only if we could find a pellet maker company and transportation for pellets to wisconsin.
I imagine some farmers would like to see some $$$$ in midwest, with 3500 acres , possible 2 harvest per year, $36 to $80 per ton=
$8 million + on one harvest
this would be a strecth, but think of the possibilites
