The last planned pump & PR fest resulted in billions of shares sold but no bump in PPS. However, at least it allowed a few longs to get out at .0001 after weeks and months of futility. This one has a much deserved bad rap throughout pinky land. And i wouldn't be too sure that some DA or the SEC doesn't step in suddenly and unexpectedly to put a halt to what ever party Steve tries to generate. he is a marked man.
