This is not a cash dividend. It is a stock dividend. I guess the confusion comes from the word "dividend". That is for technical reasons regarding how it is paid. You will receive 1 etc. share for each EXPH share you hold. I don't know how much it will run, but the potential is there for a nice run considering the generous stock dividend.
