You may be right on Jeffrey Rochlin, could just be a bit player in a much bigger picture. That said according to the filing, it was just $8,000. However, as DC_350 said he may have retained some of the shares as well. Either way, DW most likely made a smart deal, either he bailed on something he didn't see going anywhere, or more likely he's just playing it right and the blockbuster deal is around the corner.
