Gasman....a company being run by attorneys....have now amazingly followed through on their stated "growth guidance". I'm thinking this signal (todays PR of moving toward growing the co) to the powerhouses will inspire a followup PR of a an acquisition (of ERHC) by a suitor.
Nobody can now cry that this co misguided shareholders with their growth strategy.....and it paves the way for a SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE (read: PLOY) acquistion agreement.
Dots still intact. You don't need to amend 2 year old filings for NON-BINDING MOU's.
