As for the SEC, yes, I have a quite detailed packet ready to go with a specific date set if certain "benchmarks" are not met.

Included are quite a few specific posts from some of our legendary residents.

The blatancy of the uplist lies should not go unpunished.
Of course a copy of Mr. Webb's report included.

RCCH is the MOST boring stock I`ve ever seen at least related to its PPS-performance!!! ..might be a huge SCAM (+DILUTION-MACHINE)??? BETTER DON`T TOUCH IT could be the best advice here??? RCCH`s management seems to be very incompetent in leading a company/holding which is listed at a stock market!!!

Agreed ... the Delays are very indicative of Gene's lies of listing on another exchange.

Agreed ... RCCH certainly has become a HUGE disappointment.

We are now 18 months late in "uplisting".
