Impending Reverse Mergers. I found out that when a company does an RM through a public shell and is prepared to go public, the private company obviously in need of funding. The funds are tied up in escrow until the Merger has actually been consumated.

Now Palmaz did their own funding so I don't know if it applies in this situation or not. Any future funding could possibly fall under these guidelines if Palmaz is in fact going public through CWDW soon.....:) Solomon did say there was the possibility of Palmaz doing a second round of financing. We cold see some related documentation on that aspect way before we see any kind of news relating to a merger. Especially, if a possible merger is to happen sometime soon...JMO
