One of the reasons mentioned for the share increase was so that companies like MSFT and others are not able to buy MMR out. I know MMR is an integrated partner with Google which allows users to use both PHR systems together (MMR for storage/drug interactions & Google for lifestyle(counting calories/miles ran, etc.). During a conference call it was also mentioned that MMR was planning to become integrated partners with MSFT too.
The connections run very deep with this company. I see more of a Joint Venture possiblity rather than a buyout situation with this one.
