I think what happened is that Megas told Attaway that he would send in the retainer and that got him started and he was able postpone the original delisting. Then I imagine the payment got lost in the mail, or something like that, and Attaway short circuited the legal activities. Hard to comprehend huh?
Who cares about any donations? Megas stated the filings would be done "shortly". Is he intending on still doing that? I will donate when I know exactly what is going on. Simple as that!
